EAP (Employee Assistance programmes OR employee health and Wellness)
The program has two pillars, namely a workshop and a contract. The workshop takes place once a month and one workshop can accommodate 30 people. This is aimed at coaching and counselling in groups in order to enhance productivity and effectiveness and allow employees as well as the business to achieve optimal results with healthy and balanced personnel (employees + managers/employers). The contract entails a once-off payment every month in order to ensure unlimited assistance, guidance, and counselling for employees and employers. (See video on Facebook page).
